HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND ALSO GET RID OF BELLY FAT.

Hey guys! It is another post for you. This time, I wanna share with you how to lose weight and stay fit and healthy. These days, nobody wants to have big protruding belly as a result of belly fat, nobody wants to be obese, nobody wants to be called ‘fat’. So, in this, post, I’ll be sharing with you how to lose excess weight, including belly fat. But before that, you have to understand that some people have the tendency to be very fat, even without overeating or whatever, as it’s a genetic issue. But nonetheless, this post will help everybody, including those who are fat as a result of genetic issues.

Without much ado, I’ll be talking about two very effective ways to lose weight as quickly as possible

1) DIET

2) EXERCISE

1) DIET: This means regulating or watching the kind of food you eat.

Here are foods you should avoid:

French fries, potato chips, pizza, ice cream, sugary foods, sugary drinks like soda and fruit juices, beer, white bread (eat Ezekiel bread instead), candies, chocolate, cookies, cakes and junks in general.

Focus more on these foods:

• Oats, fruits, fish, legumes like beans, vegetables like spinach and celery, green tea, berries, popcorn.

The popcorn really made me excited. I really love popcorn and so when I discovered popcorn actually doesn’t cause weight gain and can even help in weight loss, I was very happy.

Air-popped popcorn is actually very good for your waistline.
Fruits really help a lot
Celery
Green tea
Berries
Spinach

• Also, take on a LOW CARBS DIET. It means as much as possible, lower your carbs intake. Eat more of proteins instead. Carbs don’t help at all when trying to lose weight.

• Also, practice intermittent fasting. Ensure you fast from time to time. It’ll help you lessen how much food you consume.

2) EXERCISE

I’m sure you all know what exercising is. For weight loss, the best form is HIIT (High Intensive Interval Training) WORKOUT. It doesn’t take much time, like 20 to 25 to 30 minutes. Sometimes even less. But within that short time, the exercises are tough and energy consuming, that’s why it has to be short and quick. So, now, I’ll be giving you a perfect plan for HIIT workout and afterwards some belly fat burning tips.

• Jumping jacks – 1 minute

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Squats – 16x

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Forward Lunges – 16x

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Dips – 16x

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Sit-ups – 16x

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Crunches – 16x

(Rest for 20 secs)

Remember this!

• Running fast on a spot – 30 secs

(Rest for 20secs)

• Skipping (with or without rope) – 60 secs

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Push ups – 12x

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Stairs running (up and down two times) – 60 secs

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Plank – 60 secs

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Heel touch – 20x

(Rest for 20secs)

• Leg raises – 16x

(Rest for 30secs)

• Bicycle crunches – 16x

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Side planks left and right – 60 secs each

(Rest for 15 secs after each)

It’d be better if you placed your legs on top of each other.

• Burpees – 16x

(Rest for 30 secs)

• Rotating toe touches – 40x, 20 each side

(Rest for 20 secs)

Widen your legs enough

• Child’s Pose – 60 secs

So, guys that’s it. The workout should take you about 20-25 minutes. Do it from Monday to Friday in the morning and take a rest on Saturday and Sunday. Continue for weeks and you’ll definitely see result, coupled with controlled diet.

Now to be specific, I want to give you a 6-minute HIIT “burn belly fat” workout (especially for BEGINNERS) that you can do later in the day after your daily workout plan above. It will only help more in losing weight and also targeting the abs.

• Butt kicks – 30 secs

Ensure your foot touches your butt

(Rest for 20secs)

• Quick feet – 30 secs

(Rest for 20 secs)

You might not necessarily have to change position, well, you can if you want to.

• Jumping squats – 20 secs (two times)

Go down as low as possible and do the exercise very quickly

(Rest for 10 secs after each rep)

• Bicycle crunches – 30 secs

(Rest for 20 secs)

• Burpees – 20 secs (2 times)

(Rest for 10 secs after each rep)

• Crunches – 30 secs

(Rest for 30 secs)

• Cobra Stretch – 30 secs

So, guys. That’s the workout plan. For better results, you can take an early morning run/jog everyday and take a rest on Sundays alone. You can also choose to trek at times, instead of taking a cab. Drink enough water and get good rest.

Now note this guys, the best way to eliminate belly fat is to lose general body weight. Most times, doing sit-ups and crunches and the rest only help your belly appear flatter. Abs exercise is just an addition. Losing general body weight is the best. Drinking green tea is a great option too.
