Get Flat and Shredded Abs in 30 Days

It is everyone’s dream to have flat, shredded and ripped abs. Well, when you start this 30-day, 5-days-a-week workout routine below, you’re a step away from achieving your dream abs.

But first, I’d like you to take note of these important points:

• It may be hard to achieve this goal in 30 days if you have more than 30% body fat. If you have a very high body fat percentage and you really wish to have shredded abs you can continue with the routine, even after 30 days, alongside other exercises.

• Avoid crash diet or starvation, especially if you’re overweight.

• Avoid unverified weight loss herbs or drugs.

• Don’t workout immediately after eating, especially after eating highly proteinous foods like beans.

So, having known these, let’s go straight to the routine.

DIET

This is an extremely important aspect of your journey to getting shredded abs. No matter how much you exercise, if your diet isn’t right, you won’t get the desired result. So, coupled with the workout routine, you need a diet guide.

You need to focus on consuming: poultry products like egg, chicken, turkey etc, also, low fat dairy, lean meat such as beef and lamb, also, proteins like beans, also, vegetables, fruits, and plenty water.

You need to stay away from: fatty foods, excess starchy foods, processed and canned foods, unverified weight loss herbs and drugs, soda, sugary stuff like sugar, chocolates and so on.
