Importance of Fitness

Hey guys! I’ll be talking about the importance of fitness and exercising. I’d like to share this one that I feel might be helpful to us all:

One of the fittest and greatest bodybuilders. He’s 73 now though. Lol. But it doesn’t matter you know, he’s still very fit. He’s actually my favourite bodybuilder

So, with that, you know that winning is very important, in every aspect, even in fitness. So, I’ll be giving some importances of fitness and exercise.

1. WEIGHT CONTROL

I’m pretty sure nobody wants to be called fat or obese. Everyone wants the good-looking and attractive shape. To achieve that, you’ve got to take exercising seriously and become fit.

2. IMPROVES ONE’S MOOD AND MENTAL HEALTH

Merely being fit, you’ll be so happy with yourself, so proud of yourself. You’ll fell so good, mentally and physically. Before I started giving attention to my physique, I always feel so weak. But as I gave attention to my fitness, I became much stronger, not only physically, but also mentally, I feel much better, lighter, more muscular. It’s so great!

3. REDUCES THE RISK OF SICKNESS

Heart diseases, obesity, unnecessary fatigue and many other sicknesses can be pretty much associated with unfitness. Giving attention to fitness and exercise will definitely, I mean definitely help to eradicate some of these health issues

4. HELPS TO GROW A GOOD AND ATTRACTIVE BODY SHAPE

Sportsmen and women aren’t the only ones that deserve a good shape. Regular people like office workers even do. I’m particularly interested in muscularity. I’m always interested in guys being fit and muscular. The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Dwayne Johnson, Michael B. Jordan and many others have conquered in the world of fitness and have created for themselves a good and attractive body shape that all men covet. This can only be achieved by a good workout plan and a healthy diet (we’ll discuss this later on). In fact, a good body shape makes clothes fit well and look good on you. LOL!

5. HELPS PREVENT QUICK AGEING

Poor diet and poor physical condition are factors that contribute to quick aging. I’m sure no one wants to look like a 60-year old while he/she is still 35. Good exercise, even if it is daily jogging, can immensely help one remain young, fresh and agile.

There are many other benefits such as: cholesterol reduction, better quality of sleep, improved function of organs, better oxygen circulation and many more.

In a nutshell, I want you to take your fitness seriously, henceforth. It might be to solution to that physical problem you’re facing. Merci 😁
