5 WAYS EXERCISE MAKES YOU MORE ATTRACTIVE

I realized that many people think the only purpose of exercising is to lose weight, and when I encourage them to incorporate exercising into their daily lives, they be like “which weight do I want to lose, I’m slim enough.” Naahhhhh! Exercising has so many benefits, not just weight loss. See this article on importance of fitness.

So, in this post, I’ll be picking one particular importance of exercising – ATTRACTIVENESS and BEAUTY. We’ll be looking at 5 ways exercise makes you more attractive.

Exercising definitely makes you more attractive.

Exercising Gives you a Glowing and Radiant Skin

When you exercise frequently, there’s improved blood circulation to the skin. Nutrients that benefit the skin are adequately supplied to the skin and this helps the skin to look more radiant and healthy. Also, aerobic exercises such as running, jogging, using the treadmill (and basically any exercise that gets you sweating) will make you sweat a lot, thereby helping you lose toxins that can damage the skin. Eventually, you start having a clear, radiant and glowing skin.

Let workout be your major “beauty product”

Weight Control

It’s no longer news that exercising helps you control weight. Follow a specific workout regimen to work on your weight (to lose weight). Also, don’t forget to watch your diet too. See this article on weight loss. So, when your weight is perfect, you tend to look more attractive.

Excellent Stature and Posture

I noticed that when you do your workout CORRECTLY, when you do the exercises CORRECTLY, it helps to correct a defective or distorted posture. I realized that as I did more exercising, especially shoulder, upper & lower back and abs exercises, and even yoga, my posture became more perfect. My standing and walking became much straighter, and it kind of boosted my self confidence. This definitely makes one look more attractive, ’cause people love those who are confident.

Exercises (including yoga) helps to correct your posture.

Improved Hair Health

This is so amazing. Now, I did some research and I realized that when you exercise frequently, there’s improved blood flow (like I mentioned earlier), and this improved blood flow isn’t only for skin health, but, it also Improves the hair health. Keratin is the protein that improves the hair health, so, a frequent consumption of a protein and iron-rich diet will supply the body with the needed keratin and then frequent exercising will supply the scalp with this nutrient needed for strong and healthy hair.

Exercise Reduces Risk Of Health Issues

The risk of health Issues like diabetes, heart issues, obesity, and even back pain can be reduced by exercising. When you exercise well (especially cardio), the heart pumps blood more and keeps the vessels in good condition. Also, cardio helps you lose excessive fat that may lead to obesity. See my post on health issues that can be reduced by exercise. So, when you’re in good health, you definitely look more attractive.

Cardio is very good for your heart and even your general health.

So, do you just do any exercise anyhow?

Naahhhh! See the tips below for optimum results.

• Choose low-impact exercises, like swimming, cycling, jogging etc. Generally, exercises that won’t stress you, that are easy on your joints, but will still get you to break some sweats. Choose those kind of exercises.

• Don’t workout in the sun. This will prevent sunburn and heat stroke.

• Hydrate well after workout, so as to replace lost water.

• Take sufficient proteins, especially after workout.

• Shower immediately after workout and moisturize sufficiently.

BOTTOMLINE

Exercise is a very powerful way to improve your beauty. Take exercising seriously and watch yourself become more attractive, become much more confident and your health condition improve.
