CREATE TIME FOR WORKOUT!

“I don’t have time for workout, I’m too busy with other stuff, my schedule is very tight.” They’re all excuses! You have time, you create the time. Don’t let busyness stop you from working out.

I realized that it’s sometimes not about how long we workout, but how well. If you’re working out for 40 – 60 minutes for 4 to 5 days a week, ensure you’re doing the exercises properly. Ensure you’re doing them rightly, that’s what counts.

You can not be busy for the whole 24 hours a day, select a good time for your routine. At some point, I used to workout late at night. Later, it was in the afternoon. Now, I train as I train my clients, and then do my major workout later in the day. I have a busy schedule, but I still make out time. It has helped me a lot.

Each workout session that you have takes you a step closer to achieving your goal. So, skipping it means you’re delaying your progress.
